Looks like GRPS just file an amendment for increase in AS to 3B

No change to the statement regarding no toxic lending and no reverse split.

When I say looks like we're stretching it now, I mean all of the negative talking points are moot, and by bringing up the prior company descriptions, you're stretching it.
