The acquisition was for $32,500. Therefore it likely does not pass the threshold of the significance test as designated by the SEC is the likely explanation for why no separate mention in the filings.

Once again... anyone who is so concerned should ask the company for more details.

I think it's already been established as clear that the company acquired Hypofoggers.
