Doesnt much matter what any peripheral information may or may not imply

What should be of concern for any PCT shareholder is why wasnt the transaction disclosed in the 10Q?

Which begs the question, what other transactions havent been disclosed in SEC filings?

Why this needs to be explained is beyond me
