All this fuss about the distributor acquisition is a nothing burger IMO.

We know the amount- $32,500 (listen to the May podcast)

We know the name - Hypofoggers

Where is it on the balance sheet? Anyone who is so concerned about which line the $32,500 appears should ask the company.

So yes... they did acquire Hypofoggers.
