To clarify, many shareholders were paid, yet a fraction of investment losses. These HMNY shareholders were paid only if as shareholders they first submitted a shareholder claim through the court-appointed Helios and Metheson settlement administrator. That's all done now.

As you correctly inform, current HMNY shareholders will get nothing from the court, and their HMNY shares will eventually and soon be deleted.
