The plan for me moving forward in Q4 to the end of Dec 2022, I plan on BUYING 1M Shares per WEEK if the PPS persists in the sub-penny to low penny range! My target goal is 12M by the end of this Month & 25M by the end of Dec If the current pps range persists between now and then, but even if it doesn't I will nevertheless continue to ADD several hundred thousand shares per month...EITHER WAY! WHY?? Because 1). I know what I own; and 2). eventually a Market Rotation WILL OCCUR and money will begin flowing back into ALL STOCK EXCHANGES regaining losses including the OTC! I sense this is already in progress provided the Feds don't raise the interest rate, BUT even if they do, the opportunity will persist to buy heavily at a deep discount AND there's no stopping a market rotation. This is something Warren Buffett lived by AND it's also how he became the 5th Riches Man on Earth aggressively buying high market capacity stocks at deep discount in a down market. Am I right or wrong
