My question would be if the MM’s have control of the price which apparently they do, then why haven’t they taken it all the way down?? There seems to be a motive behind the slow progression downward but it seems they are protecting the price to a certain level.

Most OTC stocks take a direct dive, but that hasn’t been the case here make you wonder why?
