If you think about it, why would they want to dilute this another 12 billion shares when they have a low share count. AND, since we have seen no dilution what so ever, it must have been used to gain access to capital of some sort, like bringing in subsidiaries, etc into EGOC. In my opinion, this is a very good sign. And that they are restricted, that is also a good sign. If anyone was looking for a good sign for a merger, this is a pretty good one!!
