I am describing a reasonable worst case scenario.

We have no real visibility into supplier arrangements, lifetime of inventory, and there is real uncertainty about the pace of revenue decline in the US. Expense levels seem VERY sticky based on recent earnings reports.

I can guarantee you at a stock price below $1 and cash at or below $200 mm, these guys would be panicking. A reverse would be certain, and a very dilutive raise would be extremely likely.
