50 bil is still restricted. Depends on who owns them, but they can be retired to treasury or bought back and retired to treasury. Happens fairly often in the OTC. I have no idea if they’ll do that here, but it’s possible depending on who owns it all. Hempaco has 33 bil shares. I’m assuming they’re part of the restricted count
