Thats because there are 300x more of them (in US) and the average age is like 3-4x that of an EV making them more likely to catch fire due to poor maintenance. Yet EVs are more likely to catch fire based on ratio of EV fires:EVs registered.
Also, Teslas are driven by some of the best drivers (higher socioeconomic class are 10x less likely to get in an accident that results in their death), yet so many Tesla drivers/passengers die because of them.
