Pardon me DennisDave, but how one can conclude a third-party consultancy firm mostly achieved this or benefited from it is beyond my comprehension. Your comment, "... for a large part the achievement of a third-party consultancy firm", and the supporting quote is inconsistent (I'm being polite here).
