Charging an electric car during peak energy use, noon-9:00PM, is idiotic as you're paying 2-5X as much as you would after 11PM when there is no stress on the grid and prices are at a minimum. Almost all charging systems can be set to prioritize charging during this time period.

The end only comes once, that's why bears almost always lose money.
