The question brought up by what appears to be an authority in biocides and business over seas is if the equipment and subsequent fluids are currently planned to be manufactured and sold by PCT

Theres no argument at one time that seemed to be the case, but one must consider the source

Would be more encouraging for evidence to be found/provided connecting PCT today.

That would be step 1

Step 2 is what chances to penetrate the UK market.. According to biocide expert, it seems remote
