As for if they come from PCT? If it's called the Annihilyzer, likely it's a PCT machine, but again... remains to be seen. But this assumption that it won't be seems a bit misguided IMO.
The picture on the Tutum website is a PCT machine, with PCT's logo on it. The video's produced by Pathisol mention PCT. The meeting with the NHS by NTH Solutions reps mention PCT.
So far all signs point to PCT, I have yet to see anything verifiable that says otherwise.
