So I was wrong... I admit I was incorrect. I was not aware that the previous permit application had been withdrawn. So when I attempted accessing that permit through a saved url address and was then directed to create a profile in order to access the information I assumed there had been a system software update applied during the holiday weekend that now required everyone to have a login in order to access information. Now I know better. At least I am willing to admit when I have made a mistake. Moving on now. New Permit application submitted. There you have it.
