The difference between “acceptance” and “approval “ is that acceptance indicates the application has been initially reviewed, is complete, grammatically correct and ready to be evaluated based on the scientific methods involved. Once the scientific methods have been evaluated and conclusions validated then a vote for approval is taken. Best wishes.
