Traders aren't the main problem. Folks who've been watching/following the past several weeks surely notice the SS discrepancy between what the TA discloses and what the company discloses in the fins. And it is a big discrepancy. It would take DiPrima a few minutes to explain which numbers are correct and why. What's he waiting for? IMO, the uncertainty is causing folks to not be in a hurry to hold.
