If we accept the concept of synergies and economies of scope, Elite needs to create focus and have the same points of distribution for both IR/XR.

Given what Nasrat has said, if we read the tea leaves, they are likely going to establish a sales/marketing arm but it will not be its own distribution channel. They will not invest in supply chain facilities. There are too many companies that have the assets and, given their size and reach, are likely to provide Elite opportunities for a good price because the distributors have scale economies.

So, it will be a head of S&M/Commercialization Elite announces along with a company that has existing distribution capabilities.
