I say we go alone with the IR but get a big pharma for the XR.

That way we diversify the risk.

Think about it, Lannett didn't even try with the XR, so we need a big pharma to help penetrate the market.

But Elite has already penetrated the market GREATLY with the IR, so we should go alone with it and will have no problem keeping the current customers because they know Elite is reliable.

Then 3 years down the road let the XR partnership expire and then go alone with that one as well in preparation for the buyout.

ALSO, if Nasrat announces an XR partnership with a big pharma soon, all the IRRATIONAL fear will end. The Lannett partnership doesn't end for another 7 months but shareholders and potential shareholders are IRRATIONAL.

I guess the question is can Cardinal, McKesson, _____, etc. bring us better results than Lannett?
