Guzzi, your friend hates money !! LOL
I am sure, like most of us, he has lost money on OTC stocks, they are there for a reason, which causes much anti-management based stock manipulation.

However, very few OTC's have been having the series of de-risking events unfolding in a special order like NWBO seems to be having.

I would advise your friend to not Buy the News, but Buy before the News.
