$SAVA Sellers who sell shares of stocks are expected to actually deliver those shares to the buyer. FTD is Failure To Deliver. Five days of FTD will trigger a Reg SHO Threshold.

The Consequence is Short sales must be priced ABOVE the national best bid. (The Uptick Rule)
