To me it looks like the Holing company died but Actechnical didn't and is thriving in Canada and prob wants to branch out
to the US.. If you look at the 3 LLC's Eddie just setup would most likely be for that i'd guess
also the office space looks pretty expensive listed on the California Cuba filing
