CrowdStrike: Attackers are moving faster, harder to detect

https://www.techtarget.com/searchsecurity/news/252513425/CrowdStrike-Attackers-are-moving-faster-harder-to-detect

Excerpts:

To counter the threats, CrowdStrike recommended that administrators focus on covering their entire network with security protections and pay attention to the human element of attacks. The security company said defenders should be aware of who is targeting their systems and what tactics they may use.

"User awareness programs should be initiated to combat the continued threat of phishing and related social engineering techniques," the company said.

"For security teams, practice makes perfect. Encourage an environment that routinely performs table top exercises and red/blue teaming to identify gaps and eliminate weaknesses in your cybersecurity practices and response."

As of Jan. 31, 2022 Crowdstrike has 16,325 subscription customers.

Wave protects against phishing and keep the unauthorized devices from accessing your network. Wave does this along with its other better security!!

From the article it sounds like Crowdstrike can't do what Wave can! Wave protects data, devices and networks for organizations!!

Crowdstrike and Palo Alto's didn't protect them from data breaches. Maybe it should be SecurId, or Okta's job to protect these organizations. With all of these cybersecurity companies, with 100,000 plus customers (organizations), someone should have protected the 2000 organizations from data breaches!! Some of these 2000 organizations were using Crowdstrike, Palo Alto, SecurId or Okta. They didn't work for stopping these data breaches!!

Wave could get the job of protecting organizations from data breaches done!! Use Wave VSC 2.0, and see what your organization is missing!!

Cyber-threats are everywhere, but with Wave Virtual Smart Card 2.0 (Wave VSC 2.0) enterprises have a hardware-based, tokenless, two-factor authentication security solution with the security of a hardware token solution and the convenience and cost savings of a software token solution.

Wave VSC 2.0 delivers strong two-factor authentication using the Trusted Platform Module (TPM), the embedded security chip built into enterprise PCs. Wave empowers IT with management of the TPM and VSC 2.0. Companies successfully use Wave VSC 2.0 to secure VPN access, web applications and other certificate-based applications, like Wi-Fi with 802.1x, remote desktop, or Windows-user login. Use the security that’s already been deployed and save money with Wave VSC 2.0.

Every month we see headlines highlighting mammoth breaches (i.e. EBay, JP Morgan Chase, Sony, Target, etc…). In each case, millions of records were stolen, corporate images were tarnished, and enormous costs were incurred as a result. And equally disturbing, more often than not the attacks go undetected and as a result important information is stolen.

Better security at less than half the cost!!

Choose data protection that actually works!!
