Sign they are a scam is when DTII periodically releases PR's about prospects but produces nothing.

They have been pushing their product since 2016.

Analyze the language in their Press Releases. They always say or imply the company is looking forward to signing a deal, or  they are excited about the prospect of something?

DTII makes an art of packing their PR’s full of buzz words that sound great but offer little or nothing of actual value to the company.

Their PR’s have not delivered on any of their promises or simply stopped talking about them when convenient. DTII did a reverse split, scam companies almost always do a reverse split.
