Some were using that strategery and waiting for NUUU to pop, for 5 years of dribbling decline to today. Now it is dead and they are stuck. More likely is that this pennyturd pops like BIOAQ.
I could cite hunnerts to tens of thousands of late-stage dying pennyscams where folks tried to wait for an inevitable pop ... which never came. Then they became permanent bagholders.
How many folks got into AMFE/FUNN/FUNNQ hoping for a pop and they still hold these heavy bags - often YEARS later.
