The new SEC regulation means so little, to any company or investors. It will not change greed or corruption. Period.

It does give them a talking point that they are there to "protect retail investors". BS... if that were true, there would be sweeping changes to short selling rules, disclosures and message board manipulation.

IMHO of course.
