considering there is 2.1 billion in the float I don't think there is dilution the T/A also update the SS to the same as before on otcm after Alps showed up.. the OTCM people are also slow as heck to get things done and tell people they need XYZ when they really need XYB to get current then screw everyone over by doing that..
