It is a fluid game, they can borrow and not short, the "borrowed shares" always exceeds what is actually shorted. Many reasons.

Right now there are 20.2 million on loan and 17.8 Million short, they could throw them down or just hold, many in a roundabout way are just borrowed from themselves I'm sure. They do like to play with the interest rate as well. Many factors to consider.

It is a game, and we are not invited into the smoke-filled rooms.

They need 50% of this company and we on this board probably can account for 60% and are not selling, so they create them. It all comes out in the wash.
