I can tell you why ( and I have been a shareholder and followed this stock for over 10 years). I have been talking with the former CEO for years and still do.

You might have missed this post a few days back #5306 I discussed with him.

Look at the number of followers to this stock (61). For the past 10+ years, this Forum was about the only place anyone talked about this company..
Virtually nobody in the United States has ever heard of this company. Almost all the stock is owned by individuals in Hong Kong, Netherlands & Belgium.
Because this stock is only listed as OTC "Pink. Investors in other countries have No Idea how to buy shares. Vertualy all the shares owned outside the US were the result of private transactions to purchase assets and did not have to actually be bought.
Once company completes the OTC Upgrade they have been working on, there should be much more activity in the stock. There is really not much stock out there in the "public Float".
