Rose...I agree...when I read Canes' list of mistakes, that was my first thought....Even if the appeal might have failed, it would have shown support for the shareholders with practically no cost to Amarin...but Ekman put his interests in not being embarrassed above the interests of the shareholders or the interests of Amarin.

Even today, management is following the same playbook!
