"When" they are profitable? I think you mean "IF."

Even with the Whelans and Staelins foregoing all that loan interest, nobody is selling enough ActiPatch to make "WHEN" inevitable. And Nalepka is going to gush about all that pie in the sky like Migraine treatment and Allay development and Veterinary Care and Higher Power ActiPatches, all of which costs money that BIEL doesn't have.

That would be amusing, though, if they manage to fabricate another "profitable" quarter without that loan interest, and they do a R/S and sell it to shareholders as a Good Thing, and then start charging the loan interest again.

"No more dilution will be necessary?" Let's not forget all that IBEX and St. John's and Staelin convertible debt. Staelin has cashed out in the past by converting and dumping (he currently owns zero BIEL stock).

Can anyone still believe that this company will someday be profitable enough to pay off that Whelan and Staelin debt without dilution? That story might have sold back in 2012.....
