11.) Allowing the medication to be labelled as fish oil
12) Not including a statin intolerant brand in the REDUCE IT study
13.) No understanding of how a medication prescription is processed in the AMerican Healthcare system
14.) Rolling out the med before establishing INsurance coverage
15.) After REDUCE IT rebranding to prevent substitution of generic
