That makes zero sense. All it means is a candle opened/close at the same price. In a thinly traded stock, it's very common for only one trade to go through at a time, with long periods of time between each trade. What that means is you will see a yellow volume bar because it was one trade in that one minute candle, so it opened/closed at the same price.

Look at the recent trades. See the trade at .1994? That was the only trade during that minute, so it will be a yellow volume bar. It doesn't mean it was a wash trade or whatever you're trying to say, it simply means that the open/close was the same for that candle. Simple as that. Yellow has absolutely nothing to do with wash trades or insider action.
