Holy wow! So the rumor about Rhonda Keaveney being in charge of EEGI is now true (see pg 5 of filing). She's also the majority shareholder. Not expected to have any fulltime of other employees, except when needed (paraphrased, same section of filing), oh my. Well, better than nothing I guess. Maybe it'll get back to free trading....soon.
