If the funding doesn't come through, the property won't be acquired, it's as simple as that......

keep in mind it could be a lease also....

so it's a " rundown " warehouse...lol....someone must have checked it out to make that claim.

When the official PR comes that declares the property is officially under lease or now owned by SHMN, it's go time. They won't sign anything until they have secured the funding.
