There were covid shutdowns in 2022 so covid has very much been at the core of surviving. The core demographic is simply more all inclusive and open not a bunch off old Get off my lawn types, Millennials and Gen Z. They expect more modern thinking and open mindedness. They didnt blame amazon and sales were not poor. It was without Walmart to move larger orders they had to do a ton of small orders which is more costly. You can plan all you want on construction projects and it wont matter, the bigger it is the more issues you have. This is why they focus on fast conversions now with kitchen equipment in place.
Yes folks leave or get asked to leave its normal. I wouldn’t expect any company to open up an HR file.
Many Questions were asked they got answered, 2 location funded looks good, onwards

95% is backwards facing so clears things up is fine, so looking forward: excited about new locations coming
