No more LeGanja, no more Able

Assets are not added correctly on the financial statement.

Hard to tell, but it looks like there are ~20 million less outstanding shares.

Received $135,000 grant from Epidemiologic Solutions

No new shares issued in over a year

Financial says 7,782,000 preferred are outstanding, financials say 9,718,000
