I think it was pulled and a section was added or enhanced relating to the FDA Annals article, although this is a guess on my part. It seemed there were some musings that it might soon be published back in Dec 21/Jan 22... and then when the Annals article was discovered, there seemed to be a change in the musings.

And consequently, there were some new general musings rumbling about that it had been submitted mid-March. And I do believe that the Annals article caused quite a stir, to the point that something contained in it was important enough to address in the JA and it hadn't been. Perhaps there was something in the FDA Annals article that may have been a direct lift from NWBO's phone book-sized SAP, but not then was not necessarily covered (in the original version) due to the limited word count allowed by these various journals. So to my thinking, if that were hypothetically the case, then it would probably be best to address it.
