The arbitration sets a price, so the answer to your question is yes there will be a price at which the reimbursement is set.

The arbitration is not a yes/no to reimbursement, it is a pricing decision.

But as I have said it would be very tough to accept a lower price especially if it's one where it is significantly lower due to the reason I stated in my earlier post about reference pricing.
