The bitcoin mining operation they are buying has bitcoin miners that lose money because they are obsolete. That is why Agora suspended their mining operations.

Why on earth would Foote spend $50 million of company equity on that. They could simply buy the latest miners at a fraction of the cost.

Or does he see oil wells as HUMBL’s future? Lol.
