side note - how many people know the percentage of fossil fuel input that is represented in the cost of their electricity?

sure, most know it is in the mix

Oil has moderated but still significantly higher than last winter

Gas is still on a run in the US and totally unhooked from norms overseas (that will spill into our domestic pricing soon enough)

Winter heat and electricity pricing surge this year is going to put energy on the dinner table discussion for millions
