The SEC are lame ducks, at least when it comes to OTC.

Don't count on them to lock up scammers. It's far more likely this stock will go CE or EM.

And then Xu will laugh all the way to

Even when the SEC does charge someone with fraud, they rarely pursue criminal charges. So the chance of anyone being incarcerated is exceedingly slim. And when they recover assets, they often keep it for themselves instead of giving it back to harmed investors.

Raymond Barton operated four pinky scams simultaneously for years. In 2017 he and his attorney and 3 CEOs were charged with fraud. The SEC didn't pursue criminal charges for any of them, and the attorney kept right on practicing without a blemish on his record.

That was after selling almost 4 billion fake shares for over 5M$ - far more damaging than anything SBES has done.

The SEC recovered an unknown amount of assets but returned none to shareholders. When I inquired where it had gone, this was their reply: "In the matter of SEC v Raymond Barton, a distribution was not ordered. Any funds to be collected were transferred to treasury."

They lined their own pockets instead of returning it to those it belonged to. frown
