Hey, people froze to death in Texas last year. Because of morons... that did insulate well heads and plants et al, to save pennies.... and the Gov did not force them to like he was told he needed too....

In Texas !!!! It also caused widespread black outs because even the wet coal piles froze and NAT gas power plants and well heads froze and the chemical plants shut down and froze doing major damage to the infrastructure. Huge disaster all to save some money...
