Conference Call Highlights:

CRTG is utilizing a bottom up chemical synthesis approach to create silicon based nano-articles from scratch to solve the the expansion and pulverization issues with current Li Ion batteries. (Michelle T used the analogy of baking crackers and developing cracker crumbs vs. already taking crackers and crumbling them to get the crumbs.)

CEA preliminary results indicated that CHS has the lowest deposition temperatures and highest yield to date. CEA was able to successfully grow nano wires and flakes. CRTG will have an update on the CEA results soon.

CRTG is still awaiting results from Eindhoven University, since there was a delay on procuring some of the test equipment.

National Science Foundation (NSF) is a potential funding opportunity for CRTG to obtain 2 million over 36 months for R&D.

"Partnership with a larger player" is another potential path forward to gaining access to 39 Billion over 5 years.

CSpace: Adelaide University evaluating 4 different types of glass using pulse dual IR laser system to display images. Tellurite glass is more easily scalable.
