You obviously aren't reading the correct financials or if you are reading XCRT you are making a misleading statement IMO

You state- "Q. So why are his financials all 0 ?"

They are not all zeros. They have cash and expenses of an operating company as well as monies from financing. All of these are represented on the financials.
