I'm not able to respond to private messages on ihub. I've been quietly following Saean this year, as they continue to move pieces around on the chess board.
I don't see any evidence of EMPM being involved in the merger.....YET. -With that being said, I still "believe" EMPM will be involved in the merger, for reasons already shared on this blog. -Saean has not gone public, yet. That should be when we find out.
There was a CASOS dissolution filing on 8/8/22 for Saean Medical. Saean Medi is still active under the NVSOS. As I understand, Saean Medi was supposed to be separate from Saean Group. Not sure what's going on with the Saean Medi entity but here's a link to their Korean website:

Per CASOS filing, on 8/11/22, Saean Group (defined as a holding co) changed their CA business address to Counselor Kwon's NV business address. I was pleased to see that change as I always liked how Mr. Kwon handled the litigation.

SEAN's 700M AS suggests there is room for SAEAN/EMPM shares to be rolled into that shell. GPSID was already split, so those shares won't dilute Saean's shares, or impact their majority position. Doesn't look like Saean Group will be wasting any time on the OTC. Long story short, it appears we are in the final stages of merger being completed, with new company officers replacing Mr. Lazar (shell place holder), then NASDAQ listing to follow? I thought all this would happen a year ago. Maybe this time it will, with even bigger and better results? I don't mind delays when they work in everyone's favor
A GIGAFACTORY, and a NATIONAL car project....-pretty big things going on. Saean probably has a whole lot more in the works too.
Hoping, expecting and believing EMPM shareholders are part of this! Let's see what happens...
