Ralphey, I assume Amarin is making a bit less of a profit on these sales, so they need volume to make up for that and like you say since they are not spreading the word volume will not come on its own.

On the other hand, they would need to find a very cheap way to spread the news because they need to conserve cash at this moment. They have gotten themselves into a pickle. Hopefully Mitigate or Respect changes the narrative, although I can't see how it helps the US much with the Generics grabbing scripts. Hopefully attracts interest from a BP who can figure out how turn this into money.
