They don't have a duty to disclose every step of the regulatory process with MHRA or any regulator. In reality they only must disclose any rejection. I previously thought they would need to disclose a journal rejection but I no longer think that's the case since the journal isn't a requirement of commercial approval by regulators. I still believe they are pursuing both the journal and regulatory approval though the journal falls under a media embargo while the regulatory approval process isn't public.

In my personal opinion these are the rules of the road which the firm are following. If you want to feel better and are a qualified investor then I suggest you contact Les Goldman who can provide you reassurance that they are doing everything possible to get these processes completed.
