What I find curios is why Advent can’t qualify for some modest form of vendor financing, maybe backed by a guaranty from Toucan.

Or how about a loan from Toucan?

I would like to know that too.

What I would like to hear from a securities lawyer if financing non subsidiary Advent by listed Northwest is illegal, given the fact that the owners of Advent are the same people running NWBO. Now NWBO's management defense, if so inquired by the SEC/DOJ, would be we are not financing Advent we are paying for capacity to produce DCVAXL. The question for DOJ/SEC then should be. 1. You have financed your personal property Advent a long time before the data was unblinded not knowing if financing Advent was really necessary 2. you have financed Advent at a capacity much further than DCVAXL demand deems necessary for approval 3. Advent is advertising for other clients than just DCVAX L production why would it be in NWBO shareholders' interest to finance the capacity of Advent to serve other Advent clients? Just on top of my head.

What I also would like to know is if PRing the progress of Advent via the website of NWBO more or less pretending Advent is a subsidiary of NWBO is illegal. especially when its not mentioned Advent is a separate company.

Look the self-interest and illegal actions perpetrated by NWBO management are abundantly clear. Non the less NWBO SP will get to over $2 after JA + MHRA approval. After I'm out for good.
